Denise plays a key role in managing daily workflows, coordinating appointments, and ensuring systems and communications run smoothly. Known for her warm professionalism and eye for detail, she serves as the central point of contact for both clients and internal teams, helping to create a welcoming and efficient clinic environment.

A strong advocate for client care and collaboration, Denise works closely with clinical staff to uphold the highest standards of service, safety, and confidentiality. From welcoming new clients to supporting complex treatment journeys, she ensures operations align with the clinic’s commitment to excellence and personalised care.

Lily brings a fresh perspective and a warm smile to Grand Aesthetics Clinic. After welcoming her beautiful daughter, Lily decided it was time for a career change from property management. With her keen interest in skincare and exceptional organisational skills, she is perfectly suited for her role.

Jaleh is a friendly and welcoming receptionist at Grand aesthetics clinic. With a passion for beauty and wellness, she strives to provide exceptional customer service and ensure all clients feel comfortable and taken care of during their visit.

As our lead and Skin & Laser specialist and Assistant Manger, Chloe brings over a decade of hands- on experience in Aesthetics and advanced skincare to Grand Aesthetics. From personalised treatment plans to cutting-edge laser procedures, Chloe is committed to helping patients achieve, radiant, healthy skin while feeling confident every step of the way. Her calm, knowledgeable approach instantly puts clients at ease, and her results- driven mindset ensurers every treatment is tailored or individual needs. Alongside her clinical work, Chloe plays a key role in supporting the wider team and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly- combing her technical expertise with strong leadership and care.

Ellie has been dedicated to the aesthetics industry since 2013, bringing a wealth of expertise and experience to our practice. Prior to becoming a mother to her two beautiful children, Ellie managed a laser clinic where she honed in on her skills and deepened her passion for skincare.

I have been with the Grand Aesthetics team since 2018. I provide facial rejuvenation techniques, to turn back the clock, including anti wrinkle injections & dermal fillers to help give clients a sense of wellbeing.

Liam holds a dual qualification as a medical doctor and dental surgeon, with extensive experience in medical and surgical training. With over a decade of practice in Brighton, Sussex, Cornwall, and Melbourne, Australia, Liam brings a wealth of industry knowledge to our team. His impressive background includes serving as a medical director for one of the UK’s largest pharmacy groups and currently leading as the Clinical Lead for an award-winning health tech company.

With honors from Bristol University and specialised training in general practice in Brighton, Dr. Tizzy is an outstanding GP with a passion for minor surgery. She holds diplomas in women’s health, family planning, contraception, and pediatrics, and serves as the lead for minor surgery at her NHS practice.

‘I believe in the importance of thorough examinations, clear communication, and patient education to ensure the best possible outcomes for my patients. My goal is to empower individuals to take control of their skin health and feel confident’.

With 20 years of nursing experience in the NHS acute sector, Janet brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work in medical aesthetics. Trained at the renowned Harley Academy in London, she holds qualifications as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP) and Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP), along with a master’s degree in Advanced Clinical Practice.

Janet’s dedication to evidence-based practice, patient safety, and continuous professional development stems from a deep passion for holistic healthcare. She firmly believes in the interconnectedness of physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, seeing aesthetic medicine as a wonderful opportunity to integrate clinical skills with a holistic approach to caring for patients.

Dr Susie is a GMC registered doctor graduating from Brighton and Sussex Medical School with a Batchelor of Medicine and Batchelor of Surgery.

She has spent the last 7 years immersing herself in the world of skin and aesthetic medicine. Having worked in Kent and Harley street, London, she is now very pleased to have joined the fantastic team at Grand Aesthetics here in her home town.

She has a passion for improving skin quality as well as offering subtle treatments that enhance rather than change one’s appearance.

Dr. Sonia Soopen is an experienced Aesthetic Doctor and Principal Dentist with a special interest in achieving subtle, natural-looking results. As a clinical trainer at the London Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, she mentors fellow practitioners in delivering safe, precise, and effective facial aesthetic treatments. Sonia holds a Fellowship in Advanced Facial Aesthetics and a Diploma in Restorative Dentistry from UCL Eastman, which allows her to blend a deep understanding of facial structure with a refined artistic eye. Her work has gained national recognition, notably as a finalist for Best Non-Surgical Treatment at the Aesthetic Awards, and her combination injectable case study has been published in the Aesthetics Journal.

Dedicated to excellence, Dr. Sonia has trained globally with some of the world’s most renowned injectors, continuously advancing her skills and incorporating the latest evidence-based techniques into her practice. She specialises in full face balancing and regenerative medicine, optimising both skin health and long-term results. Known for her “no work done” aesthetic philosophy, Sonia’s approach is grounded in medical science and delivered with precision. Her patient-first ethos emphasises honest communication and thoughtful treatment plans that integrate science, artistry, and transparency.

Kelly is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and aesthetic clinician who trained on the renowned Harley Street and has since spent the past three years building a reputation for excellence in medical aesthetics. Committed to continuous professional development, she consistently invests in advanced training to ensure she remains at the cutting edge of safe, effective, and innovative treatments.

A self-confessed perfectionist with a meticulous eye for detail, Kelly blends her in-depth anatomical knowledge with technical precision and artistic skill to deliver truly transformational results. Her holistic approach means every treatment is tailored to enhance each individual’s unique features, with an emphasis on achieving balanced, harmonious, and natural outcomes.

Known for her warm, approachable manner and exceptional patient care, Kelly was recognised as a finalist in the Safety in Beauty Awards for Best Customer Service. Passionate about raising standards across the aesthetics industry, she regularly contributes to the Aesthetics Journal and educates NHS professionals on managing complications caused by non-medical injectors.
